My five mile run was almost two minutes faster today than last week.

Same thing though - during mile four I was all “I could do at least two more miles!!!”

Then during mile five I wanted to die. 

Six miles next week. At this point I know I can do it just because I’ve gotten good at mentally taking on the task. 

I’m still slow, but I’ve yet to stop and walk. 

Feeling proud.
